How Biochar Works
(FROM WASTE TO CARBON REMOVAL)Corn stalks, pineapple leaves, and other crop residues are collected from farms instead of being burned — preventing toxic emissions and capturing a massive untapped feedstock.
Biomass is heated to extreme temperatures (400-700°C) in an oxygen-free environment, converting organic waste into stable biochar — a carbon-rich material that locks CO₂ permanently.
Biochar is applied to agricultural soil, sequestering carbon for 1,000+ years while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop yields. Each tonne of biochar removes ~3 tonnes of CO₂.
